Secretary Ding Lieyun(丁烈云书记)

| Ding
Lieyun, male, born in Dec.1955, is a professor of
the Construction Management Department, doctor, doctoral
adviser of the Central China University of Science
&Technology and a young expert of Hubei Province
who has prominent contributions. He has got the Bachelor's
degree of Industry &Public Construction Engineering
Department in Wuhan Industry University, the Master's
degree of Construction Management Department in Wuhan
Polytechnic University and the Doctor's degree of
Management Science &Construction Department of
Tongji University. He had ever worked in Wuhan Industry
University, Wuhan Urban Construction University and
Central China University of Science &Technology.
He had held the post of Vice Chief of Educational
Administration,the head of the department, the vice
head of the college |

manages the teaching),the party secretary and the
head of the college, and the Vice President of Central
China University of Science &Technology (mainly
manages technology industry).
His major
research field is Construction Engineering and Real
Estate Management. In recent years he has taken charge
of several important projects in the Tenth Five-Year
Plan, National Science Fund and Scientific Research
supported by the Province or the Ministry, such as
the Pilot Project of Small Town Development, City
Real Estate Assessment and DSS Supported by GIS, the
Early Warning System of City Real Estate, the Digitalization
Technology and Method Study of City Infrastructure
Project, and so on. He has introduced the complicated
system theory and information technology into the
organization and construction of the large-scale projects
and carried out some in-depth researches.He has won
a Prize for Science Development and for the Excellent
Teaching Material respectively, and has published
three academic works and nearly 40 theses. He also
plays an active part in social work--he is a member
of Science Committee in Education Ministry, the vice
chief of the Committee of Construction Management
in Universities, Vice President of System Engineering
in Hubei, Vice-President of Association for Science
&Technology in Wuhan.

| The President Ma Ming(马敏校长) |
| Ma Ming,
male, was born in June, 1955, in Ya'an of Sichuan
Province, a member of the Chinese Communist Party,
Professor, Doctor, Doctoral Adviser. He graduated
from the History Department of CCNU in 1981, and obtained
the Master's degree in History in 1984 and the Doctor's
degree in History in 1987. He has been professor,
doctoral supervisor and president in the Institute
of History and Culture, vice president of CCNU. He
has become the president of CCNU since June,1996.
From 1989
to 1997, being visiting researcher and visiting scholar
in Princeton University, Yale University and Oxford
University; enjoys the special subsidy of the State
Council since 1992; granted as the young expert making
outstanding contribution in Hubei in 1995; |

| selected as the "Cross-centennial
outstanding talent" of humane social science
of the State Education Commission and the "First
or Second-Level Talent in the Project of Millions
of Talents" in the first batch; obtained honorary
titles such as "National Outstanding Teacher",
"National Advanced Worker", etc.
Ma Ming
mainly engages in the research of China's Modern and
Contemporary History. His research focus is on the
history of 1911 Revolution, social economy, Chinese
Chamber of Commerce and Church University. He has
undertaken eight items of social science research
granted by National Society Science Fund and Education
Ministry since 1990. He has published five academic
works and eighty papers. His research findings have
been awarded at provincial and ministerial levels
many times.

| The Vice Party Secretary Wu Jinsheng(吴晋生副书记)
Wu Jinsheng,
male, Han nationality, born in Dec.1953, from Tianmen
of Hubei Province, a member of the Chinese Communist
Party, Master of law, Associate Professor. He held
the post of the vice party secretary of CCNU and the
secretary of the commission for inspecting discipline
of CCNU; entered into the CCNU to study Politics Educating
in 1978, continued to stay there after graduation;
worked in the Office of Former Cadres, Personnel Division,
Organization Commission and Physical Department successively;
had held the post of the head of the Organization
Commission, the party branch secretary of Physical
Department, etc. His social concurrent posts include:
working president of Research Association of Discipline
Inspection of Higher Education in Hubei Province,
vice working president of Research Association of
Higher Education Management in Hubei Province. He
has been engaged in the teaching and research of party
construction, administration and the art of leading.
His main works include: "A Research on the Discipline
Inspection in the New Situation", "An Introduction
of Modern Politics", etc. He has also published
many academic papers.

| The Vice Party Secretary He Xianglin(何祥林副书记)
He Xianglin,
male, born in 1953, from Yun County of Hubei; graduated
from Normal School of Yun County in 1971; entered
the History Department of Wuhan University in 1975
and worked there after graduation in 1978; had ever
held the post of political instructor, party branch
secretary, etc.; transferred to the office of party
committee in Oct.1984. He had been Vice Chief of Party
Committee Office of Wuhan University in Apr.1988,
Chief of Policy Research Office of Party Committee
and Deputy Director of Party Committee Office in March,
1991, Director of Party Committee Office in Jan.1994,
Chairman of Trade Union of School in Oct.1997, Vice
Party Secretary of Wuhan University in Dec.1997, Secretary
of Discipline Committee of Wuhan University in Aug.1998.
He was lecturer in 1988, associate professor in 1992
and researcher in 1998.

| The Vice President Le Zhengnong(乐政龙副校长)
Le Zhengnong,
male, Han nationality, was born in Jan.1952, from
Tongshan County of Hubei, a member of the Chinese
Communist Party , associate professor.
Le Zhengnong
graduated from the Political Education Department
of CCNU in 1975 and has been working in CCNU since
then. In the following years, he has been the Vice
Secretary of the School CYLC Committee, Vice Director
of Propaganda Department, Deputy President of Study
Affairs, Secretary of General Party Branch in Physics
Department. He was appointed as the Deputy Secretary
of Party Committee of CCNU in Apr.1993 and Vice President
of CCNU in Nov., 1995. He is the Vice President of
the Rear-Service Association of Colleges and Institutions
in Hubei. He has been mainly teaching ideology and
politics.
Le Zhengnong
engaged in the ideology and politics teaching of the
school, young student's management and administration
and logistics work mainly for a long time.
His main
writing is "Communist Youth League of institution
of higher learning works", etc. He also published
many papers on university's ideological and political
education and administration.

| The Vice President Pang Guangzhou(逄广洲副校长)
Pang Guangzhou,
male, was born in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, a member
of the Chinese Communist Party. In 1968 he worked
on a farm in Tai'an county, Liaoning Province. He
graduated from Beihang University in 1978 and then
taught in Xi'an Aero-technical College until 1986
when he transferred to Ministry of Education, and
worked as Vice Section Chief, Division Chief, Department's
Director, Division Chief of the Capital Construction
Office. He assumed as the Vice President of CCNU from
Feb. 2001. He was in charge of the national ordinary
higher learning school enrolls new students and the
university set up, the national adult's university
enrolls new students and adult's university set up
and adjust, the capital construction investment and
management of directly subordinate to university enterprises
and institutions, etc. He has published and taken
charge of redacting.

| The Vice President Li Xiangnong(李向农副校长)
Li Xiangnong,
male, Han nationality, was born in Dec.1955, from
Hanyang of Hubei, a member of the Chinese Communist
Party, the Doctor of Arts and Professor of the College
of Literature of CCNU. From 1982 to 1991, he obtained
his master's degree and then worked in Language Institution
in Anhui Normal University. From 1991 to 1994, he
obtained his doctor's degree and then successively
worked as the President of the Labor Union of the
College of Literature, the Secretary of the General
Party Branch, Deputy President of the College of Literature,
Deputy President of Bureau of Graduate, President
of the College of Literature. In Feb.2004, he was
appointed as the Vice President of CCNU and is mainly
in charge of teaching. He is also the Chairman of
the Language Academy of Hubei Province, member of
the Language Academy of China.

| The Vice President Yang Zongkai(杨宗凯副校长)
Yang Zongkai,
male, Han nationality, was born in Oct.1963, from
Henan Province, a member of the Chinese Communist
Party, Professor and doctoral supervisor. In 1985,
he graduated from the Department of Radio of Huazhong
University of Science & Technology, and obtained
master's degree in 1988. In 1991, he graduated from
the School of Electronic and Information Engineering
of Xi'an Jiaotong University and obtained his doctor'
degree. From 1991 to 1993, he devoted himself in his
postdoctoral research in the School of Electronic
and Information Engineering of HUST. From 1994 to
1995, he devoted himself in his doctoral research
in Korea University. From 1993 to now, he worked in
the School of Electronic and Information Engineering
of HUST as the director of the Electronic Business
Center of HUST, deputy dean of the Electronic and
Information Department. In Feb.2004, he was appointed
as Vice President of CCNU and mainly took charge of
scientific research.
From 1994
to 2003, he worked as visiting researcher and senior
visiting scholar in Korea University, Silicon Valley
in the USA, Wollongong University in Australia, Nanyang
Technological University and University of Michigan.

| The Vice President Huang Yongling(黄永林副校长)
Huang Yongling,
male, was born in Aug.1958, from Xiantao of Hubei,
a member of the Chinese Communist Party, Professor,
PhD and doctoral supervisor. He graduated from the
School of Literature in CCNU and respectively obtained
his master's degree and doctor's degree in CCNU. In
Feb.2004, he became the vice president of CCNU. He
is also the chairman and main executive editor of
"Education Accounting Research", and Vice
President of Education Accounting Society of China
as well as member of the Chinese Folk Literature and
Arts Society.
He devoted
himself to researching Chinese Folk Literature and
Popular Literature as well as the financial management
of universities.
